The Foundation was created to serve the diverse needs of educational and governmental providers and agencies. Established to be a full service agency, the Foundation provides the following direct services to it's clients: Grant Writing Grant Evaluation Program Evaluation Grant Writing  There are thousands of grant sources available to educational and government agencies. In many cases, grants are not sought due to lack of funds or personnel. The Foundation's grant writing service matches competent grant writers with those seeking such funding. Grant Evaluations Working as a full partner, we assist our clients from project conceptualization to program implementation and conclude with the evaluation. Our experience with complex state and federal grants ensures that all aspects of the evaluation are performed in a competent, professional and timely manner. Evaluation designs are developed to meet or exceed the requirements of the grantor and provide the maximum information relative to the grant. Upon agreement of the scope of work to be performed, a retainer fee, usually one third to one half of the contract amount is due upon acceptance of the contract. We are pleased to provide a sample contract for your review. Program Evaluations Schools and governmental agencies are being held accountable by their respective publics for the results of the many programs they provide. Most districts do not employ evaluation specialists and, therefore, the important evaluation work never gets done. The Foundation provides appropriate research and evaluation designs and databases to assist clients in determining the effectiveness of specific educational or governmental programs.  Our standard contract set forth the terms of agreement between and among the Foundation and its clients. Contracts are void should the client not be funded.  Your Partner in Evaluation Our Services start with your first contact with us. We are more than pleased to write the grant evaluation section of your grant or to provide assistance and consultation as you consider a program evaluation. Also, our services do not end when the evaluation has been completed. We continue to be accessible even after the project has been completed. Fee Schedule Our fee schedule is based on the scope of work to be performed. We generally employ the state and federal grant standard of 10 percent (10%) for evaluation, but will work with clients to perform this important work within the limits of their budgets.
