Grant Evaluation Services

Many State and Federal Grants, and some privately funded grants require an evaluation be performed by an outside evaluator or consultant. The Foundation provides a service that meets or exceeds the requirements of the granting agency, while providing the grantee with research based assessment of the impact of the grant.

The fee for evaluation services is 7% to 10% of the total funding proposal unless otherwise restricted by the granting institution.

Clients wishing to contract with the Foundation for grant evaluation services will receive an evaluation design to be included in the proposal. Clients should give the Foundation a minimum of two weeks notice prior to the grant submission deadline to ensure adequate time to design and write the evaluation component. The client will also need to provide the Foundation with a copy of the grant proposal from which to design the evaluation component.
